You&#039;re right, starting with the end in mind by defining business objectives is critical.  It&#039;s not just &quot;Everyone else is doing this, so why aren&#039;t we?&quot;  You need to have objectives like the following:


Build Brand Awareness
Increase Customer Satisfaction
Improve Word of Mouth
